UPDATE: I purchased the yellow jacket speedo calibrator from Modifry. This is the respond I got back from Modifry about my inquire.

"I think it is possible the Yellow jacket could fix the problem but you won't know till you try it. It may work because the output of the Yellow Jacket module will be a steady 5 volt signal even if the VSS is a little bit lower voltage. But you should be aware we have seen similar problems with the Yellow Jacket module on a few cars - in a few rare cases (less than 1%) it fails to see the VSS but the stock ECM has no trouble with it. I have never been able to troubleshoot one of those cases first hand so I don't know exactly what is going on. Interestingly, in two of those cases the problem went away after the customer installed a new battery. I don't understand why, but apparently there is something about a weak battery that changes the speed signal.

I suggest you try and swap your battery with one that is newer if you have access to one. If not you can try the YJ module, if it doesn't work you have 30 days to return it for a refund."

Process of elimination. I know you been at this for a month. You need to go back to the basics..stock everything. Put in the stock injectors and stock map sensor. Plug in the stock O2 sensors and stock ECU. Gapping of plugs have nothing to do with your issue. Drive it with the supercharger, but don't go into boost. If the speedo works then it is the AEM. If it still does not work, then it is something else, and may be the speed sensor? You are throwing stuff at it to see if it works?

The AEM EMS Series 2 is plug and play. Everything works and has been proven.

Hmm... Definitely sounds like a good idea to do.

Thank you.

I put back the stock injectors, stock map sensor, and stock ecu. I never touched any of the o2 sensors. I drove the car around for 10 minutes and still nothing. No speedometer and no eps. I was told that the vss could of went bad because they're plastic. I don't know. It's weird because when we first plugged in the stock ecu and drove around right after the tune, the speedometer was working. Now it's not completely working. I'm taking my car to my shop tomorrow so they can scan it.

it might sound kind of stupid but have you checked the speed sensor connectors underneath the car? maybe it came off or something..! Or maybe a fuse blew

I've checked fuses, I don't if there is a VSS fuse.

Just came back from the shop. Yesterday, the scanned the ecu and electrical and it came back that it's a bass vss. They replaced the vss today and still nothing. Still 0mph.

Someone suggested that I replace my battery to a new one. I currently have an small odyssey battery to fit the supercharger kit. I thought about relocating the battery. I don't have a heat shield and my berk exhaust manifold is ceramic coated. The battery and exhaust manifold are about 10" apart from each other. The fuse box is about the same maybe less.

Not my car but exact setup.

The car is still running with stock injectors, stock map sensor, and stock ECU. The troubleshooting will continue Monday.

The shop was able to fix the short and I drove home with a working speedometer. As soon as I reinstalled the Deatshwerks injectors, Omni map sensor, supercharger belt, and aem EMS series 2 the speedometer stated at 0mph again and eps light came on shortly after. I let the car warm up and idle for more than 20 mins before I drove it around and saw it was at 0mph.

I'm here now at the shop again and they are diagnosing it with all the aftermarket fuel system and EMS so crossing fingers if they find something and they can fix it.

Just got word from the shop owner that I may have a bad aem EMS, not in the tune but the hardware itself may be bad. I'll probably have to call aem technical support and send out my EMS so they can look at the hardware of the EMS.

Just confirmed with aem that I can send out my EMS and have them diagnose it. Before I send it to them, I had to make sure my tuner has my map saved on file so when I receive my EMS back from aem, my tuner can just flash the EMS. I'm hoping that when aem has my eps, they can fix the issue they might find because my tuner has double checked that the vss parameters on the tune because that's all preset and shouldn't be touched.
