AEM series 2 ecu logging
I have set the ecu logging settings to log at maximum speed.
I have noticed that channels have a "default" speed to log at. For example, when I log throttle, it will log at 500hz, not the 250(fast) samples/sec, or the 31.25(slow) samples/sec that it is setup to.
Now when I do log a 5hz channel (i.e. boost target) on fast, it will log at 500hz....which is how its supposed to work (besides the 250/31.25 speeds).
I guess I'm wondering if any of you guys have the same issue. I would rather it work as it shows. A 5hz log is pretty slow, and I would like to log it on a slow slot (31.25hz), instead of taking up a fast slot.
It seems I get channels that log at:
500hz
50hz
5hz
I will try and make a list of what channels I am logging at what speed (when set on slow channel)....but it is confusing me a little bit.
