Need some help with the start up setting in the AEM V2. My problem is sometimes when I crank the motor over the RPMs will shoot up to like 3k and then drop back down to idle. I know this can't be good for the motor?

So my question is what setting do I need to start adjusting in order to fix this? Can it be fixed?

 

Consider two tables:
Idle target base
Rpm offset vs start (this is the one that is set too high I bet)

Definitely your idle % vs target, idle target base, rpm offset vs start & also check your idle trims
