So my car starts fine the first start of the day. If I drive it for more than 30 minutes and turn it off it doesn't want to re-start for 30-45 minutes. After it cools off it starts up just fine again. It's running a AEM EMS v2 and I have also done a fuse box relocation under the dash. Not sure if it's wire related of EMS related. Thanks

Generally it's cold starts that give issues. This should be an easy fix... It'll need more or less fuel at the coolant temperatures you are experiencing the hard starts.

 

R u still on stock injectors ? I used the settings listed above car started Everytime . Cold or hot. Then I got retuned with a different start up tune and still no issues.

 

bad wiring connection? did you play on any wire?bad ground?
