They owe royalties. However, stating that doesn't change the fact that the Infinity is not ready to replace the v2.

And... They still haven't received an update in a long time considering its their current, top ECU. The higher models have gone even longer than the model used for the S2000

I run an Infinity in my Integra and it is pretty awesome . In my S2k i run a v1 Aem . Not even close between the two . All the various systems out there do have there little bugs . I'd say use what your tuner knows .

Wowsers ! Not good ! Not to sound like an ass but how would a bug cause something like this ? Are you referring to timing drift that was seemingly very common in the Aem V2 ?

Some do not like to start with the resync safeties turned on. It also interprets spark blowout as cam/crank sync error... Then timing is a guess. This is a 770whp/700wtq 95 Taurus SHO.

We checked for timing drift and that seemed to track fine.

I havn't had issues with timing(that I know of) but I have had the infinity not reference the boostduty cycle and it didnt reference the failsafe boost cut. Car hit over 30psi and fell hard. I assume it blew the spark out. Only happen once, but that once could have destroyed the motor if it had a large frame turbo on it
