I'm running great until i start it a few times or let it run for a few minutes. The car then randomly misfires and if I unplug the EMU and plug just the stock computer back up it runs perfect.

 

Mine does the opposite. I have to get it warmed up then turn it off and restart before mine will run very well at all. Even then it will miss usually just at steady speed/throttle but also during acceleration sometimes. I have found if I turn off the ignition map dip switch the miss goes away. So that may be a place to start looking. I think I remember reading about turning the knock sensor off making it stop also so maybe the timing is advanced slightly too far?

 

I'm not running either of those, no ignition adjustment or knock sensor input. Running intake air and water temp. I've even tried a basic map with no adjustments and nothing works. Now it's so bad it won't even run well unless just the stock ECU is plugged in. I'm thinking it's a bad unit but it's driving me crazy

Issues have been solved. I got a bad unit. I just bypassed my ignition controls for the time being it has a bad ignition chip I believe. All is well and no Bernard I don't need aem!
