Default Can I remove the Vtec Oil pressure switch while using Kpro?

Hey guys, did some searching and could not find much on this. I have a custom sidewinder manifold being made for my Ap1 currently and I was looking at clearing the passenger side of my bay. As Im sure many of you know the Vtec oil pressure switch plug protrudes a fair amount over the manifold, I was wondering if i can remove the switch and block off the port while using Kpro. I know this is possble with Haltech and AEM, but being that I have to be able to pass emissions Im forced to run Kpro. Any help would be much appreciated.

Plug it with a m10x1.25 bolt trimmed down to the same size as the threads on the sensor and tell your tuner to disable the sensor.

Thats what I was wanting to do, but I wanted to check and make sure Kpro does not need it. I know AEM and Halltech dont require you to run it, but I had someone telling me they thought Kpro needed the Vtec oil pressure switch still.
