Default ECU pins

I have an AEM EMS and am adding various sensors to it. They need to be wired in to certain pins on the ECU plugs.

My question is, which way up do the new pins go? I know you have to lift the white part first but I can't seem to get existing pins out nor properly secure new pins.

So, firstly, are these the right pins and secondly which way up do they go?

This way:

To extract pins you will first need to lift the white "lock" that secures the pins in the connector, it just pops up a few mm. Next find a small sharp pick, the pick will be used to lift the second clip that holds each pin in the connector individually. Hold the connector so the wires are away from you and look closely at the individual pins, You'll see the silver pin toward the front then a tiny plastic clip on top of it a bit farther inside the connector, your goal is to GENTLY and CAREFULLY lift this clip away from the pin while at the same time GENTLY pulling on the wire that's attached to the pin your extracting. Be patient, it takes time and touch to get the hang of it, the wire/pin will come out very easily when you get it right.

The second photo is the correct orientation I believe, if they're upside down they just won't click in to the connector with no harm to either.

That is correct. The second picture is the right way to do it.

Just PM me your address and how many you need, and I'll mail them to you for free. I have tons of old connectors laying around I can extract them from if you don't mind having them already assembled with a pigtail.

Ahhh, that sucks! Isn't T1 (Tony Palo) tuning your car??? If that's that case I'm sure he'll have some.
