Engine Managment options for 2001 Model S2000?
Hello,
I own a 2001 S2000 which I am slowly modifying over time with the aim of making a bit of a beast.
What options do owners like myself have (owners with a non programmable ECU) if we want to tune our vehicles. I.e. what can we use to replace the stock ECU and what is a good piggy back option.
Cheers

That depends on how much you want to spend. You can do pretty well with a V-AFC or NEO, but the Greddy eManage allows you to do more. If you want to break out the big bucks, then the K-Pro and AEM EMS allow complete tuning.

Then there are also FlashPro and AEM FI/C. Not a big fan of the FIC, myself.

I personally use the AEM series 2 EMS 30-6052 and I love it! i had my friend street tune it so it runs fine but I plan on taking it to a real tuner to get the most out of my SC build.
I think if you are going to make your car into a mini monster go with AEM or a Kpro so that you can get the most out of your build and not have to upgrade to one later on. I really haven't heard rave reviews of anything less than those from people doing serious work to their cars.

The new AEM EMS Version2 should be purchased by far. It will give you the full tune ability. It will allow you to do everything you want and allow you to adjust more than just A/F and VTEC engagement. If you eventually plan on making a beast, this is the way to go. And why wouldnt you want the best for your car!?!?!
