Default FlashPro: Can a saved tuning program be moved from one car to another?

I've been watching the Flashpro youtube videos since I'm sorta a newbie at this new device and the way I understand it is the Flashpro can only be used with one car at a time thus I need to:

1) Save the program from my old car before returning the ECU to stock
2) Lock the ECU?
3) Plug Flashpro into new car, then unlock ECU
4) Upload saved program to new car

Do I need to do anything else (assuming both cars have similar modifications just to get a bseline)? I plan to take it to a local dyno tuning shop later in the week but just want to get the car drive-able.

Are there different drivers for the stock injectors vs. the ID-1000 units? I realized the car would not start with the stock injectors if the ECU was flashed with the modified program.

We plan to move the 4-bar map sensor from the 07 to the 09 as well.

thanks!

yup just unlock from one and lock to the other....and if it has similar mods should be fine to use it to datalog and make changes if needed without blowing up but all depends on the mods

Keep in mind even though the cars may be "identical", they are not going to react exactly the same to any given tune. It may be close... even close enough for most people, but it won't be identical.
