Why would Honda have a TSB out if it was a Hondata issue? Does that make any sense?
It's a Honda issue, hence the TSB.

OK but the TSB applys for 2006-2007 models.....wouldnt you think the 08 + would have the updated sensor and programming? and there are multiple people with 08+ getting the same code after the flash. im not trying to start any wars here but its just kinda odd.

I replaced my O2 and the car runs great with no cell after 40 miles.

I've put about 300 miles on it plus an auto x with 10 runs and still no problems.
The new O2 looks more like my Bosch/PLX wideband with just a hole at the tip.

does your state require obd readiness for inspection? If it does how does your car see the rear o2 as per readiness state. N/A, inc or complete. In N.Y. we have a plug in inspection and i have a flash pro on the way i plan to use this feature just wanted to know if ill pass.

I flashed yesterday evening--I have a Fujita CAI and used the Injen flash--then did an hour or so of driving / datalogging after, planning to check it out in the next few days and revise. The car threw a CEL on the way in to work this morning--haven't checked to see what if it's P2A00 yet, but I'm guessing it is based on this thread. I'll have to drop by Honda I guess.

My car has just over 40k miles on it. The CEL didn't come on solely because my O2 sensor just finally decided to quit today. Honda says the O2 sensors have an issue, but it's clear something about the flashpro makes the car more prone to throwing a CEL under conditions when the stock ECU will keep quiet. Perhaps many cars have O2 sensors that are out of spec but still within a tolerable range when the car is bone stock?

^ You really should have datalogged it immediately after flashing the new tune to make sure things were okay before doing a lot of driving. The FlashPro and FlashPro manager isn't fool proof. For all you know, that CEL could be due to misfires from a corrupted flash.

My CEL is not fixed. If I don't hit VTEC at partial throttle, the cell wont' come on. It seems to pop up if I cross into VTEC under part throttle.
