Why would Honda have a TSB out if it was a Hondata issue? Does that make any sense?
It's a Honda issue, hence the TSB.

I've put about 300 miles on it plus an auto x with 10 runs and still no problems.
The new O2 looks more like my Bosch/PLX wideband with just a hole at the tip.

I replaced my O2 and the car runs great with no cell after 40 miles.
I flashed yesterday evening--I have a Fujita CAI and used the Injen flash--then did an hour or so of driving / datalogging after, planning to check it out in the next few days and revise. The car threw a CEL on the way in to work this morning--haven't checked to see what if it's P2A00 yet, but I'm guessing it is based on this thread. I'll have to drop by Honda I guess.
My car has just over 40k miles on it. The CEL didn't come on solely because my O2 sensor just finally decided to quit today. Honda says the O2 sensors have an issue, but it's clear something about the flashpro makes the car more prone to throwing a CEL under conditions when the stock ECU will keep quiet. Perhaps many cars have O2 sensors that are out of spec but still within a tolerable range when the car is bone stock?

^ You really should have datalogged it immediately after flashing the new tune to make sure things were okay before doing a lot of driving. The FlashPro and FlashPro manager isn't fool proof. For all you know, that CEL could be due to misfires from a corrupted flash.

so you can't really say its a hondata issue.
