Default Fuel Cut Issue

So I am getting a fuel cut of some sort at ~7700 RPM under WOT. It does not happen when throttle is lower.
I have been searching for a logical solution, but i can't pinpoint anything.
A little background:
2008 s2000
kraftwerks v1 sc with large pulley

Here's what happens:
At about 7500-7700 RPM under WOT, the map sensor goes from 6.8 "/PSI to about -15"/PSI
The injector mS goes from 13.7 to 2.6
The fuel status changes to 1 about .2 seconds after the map starts dropping/injectors get cut.
The RPM cannot go higher.

This is an ongoing saga.
I have replaced the fuel pump (which i think was stock) with a gram's performance 320lph pump. No change.
I have swapped out for 4 bar MAP sensor while on dyno. No change.
Still on RC 650cc injectors, but duty cycle only reaches 88% so i would be surprised if this was related. It is more like the ECU reads drop in MAP and cuts the injectors pulse width.

Thanks in advance for any advice. I am desperate to solve this issue. I am happy to e-mail calibration and datalogs to any interested parties

What's your rev limiter setting? On one of the tables. Mine is set at 8400 rpm.

Your calibration or by a tuner?

Calibration is from experienced tuner on mustand dyno (md150). Rev limiter has been set at 8200 and higher in attempt to fix issue. This is not his first kraftwerks s2k, but might be his first v1 kraftwerks s2k.

Does anyone have an opinion on fuel status changing from 4 to 1? I am new to engine management and i don't know if this is normal or not.

I am looking into getting a new ECU to try, assuming that my ECU is junk. The ECU was reflashed at some point before i got it, but something is wonky.
The harness also has 2 wires that are kind of poking out into nowhere.
pics attached.

Any advice is appreciated. I still have datalogs if anyone cares to take a look at them.
