What could the problem be?
The AEM EMS 2 unit is working fine on a USDM S2000... but on a EDM version.. it does this.. we tried few EDM S2000 .. same problem..

erratic TPS / ECT...

Also on the USDM .. the engine starts from the first crank, on the EDM ones, it takes few cranks to start...!?!?

 

Nobody can help ?!?!

 

add some grounds, maybe unplug stuff one at a time and see when the readings smooth out.

When it all smooths out you found the problem

 

I thought about the grounding issue at first.. but is it a coincidence..!?!
that on my friend's USDM it worked fine
on my EDM S and my friend's also EDM S... the same problem!?!?

And I took off the radio fuse, inside lights, many fuses.. to eliminate a potential grounding issue... same problem.
