i am running the same setup ,except for the stock ECU . I wasn't going to invest in a flash pro because of the lack of tuners in my area . now i might pick one up hopefully I will see the same results are close to it .

^if possible do a b4 and after dyno. Either way, I'm sure you will notice an improvement with the flashpro!

No sandbagging. This is a good intake - the best we have tested on the S2000. Both Stock and Mugen filters were new.

Is the Mugen tune only for the Intake or the whole Intake, Header, Exhaust Combo?

Well since it's here. I think it's safe to say that "Intake and a tune" gave 16whp. Considering the baseline run was probably off an untuned, stock map. Hell just a tune could account for all the power gains seen there.
