Problems with AEM INFINITY TUNER

Default Problems with AEM INFINITY TUNER

Hi guys,

I've a big problem with the software Infinity Tuner. I run a new infinity registred and upgraded with firmware v96.5 Inf-506 Universal. So, when i open the soft, load a layout and open a saved session or open calibration data, i've this error.



I run again the wizard foud on directory : .AEM\Infinity Tuner\WizardInstaller but the previous error disappear. When i want to go to wizard, i've this new message :



I found a thread to speak with this message. I download file and place it on .AEM\Infinity Tuner\Plugins\AEM\Resources

The previous error appears again. Tested on 2 Laptop without antivirus and smart screen loaded. Uninstall software and reinstall again but it's same issue. A technical support is open with AEM but no nswer at this time.

PS : i'm in Europe and made Etune mapping

Thanks EOE, i found this thread and i download the file. But when i copy on resource folder i've the first wizard error and if i don't click ok the soft announce preparing the wizard please try again. When i remove the file, wizard error disappear but i've itwiz issue.

Comrade, please reinstall as Admin, is the ultimate suggestion.

1. Be an admin on your PC
2. Right click and "Run as Admin" the original Infinity tuner file - as an on the original installer.

A case is open and i wait your news. My problem is i must want to go to wizard to configure TPS value. I've no problem to import a calibration data

Problem resolved. AEM can't find my problem since few days ago. So, it will be installed only on OS UK/US and not Multilanguage or FR like my laptop.
