Default TPS stuck at 100%!

I installed my inline UEGO today and started her up to find my idle at 2500 and climbing!I tried it again and same thing. I looked over the screen on my AEM tuner and the TPS is pegged at 100%
After some searching on the AEM forums I've found some info on a "fail safe" mode but don't know anything about it.
I unplugged the UEGO thinking it had something to do with it. Same thing, a high rev and 100% tps and the tps voltage hovering above 5.0v on the ems. I will get a volt meter to check the actual voltage on th tps wire and report back tomorrow.
I checked the Cable and throttle and everything seems to be working. It was working just fine before the inline UEGO install. Has this happened to anyone? Whats a possible solution?
Thanks in advance for any info.
Paul

Ok just to update the conclusion unlike 95% of the aem forum threads... (but thanks for all those that take their time to answer, many of whom are also on s2ki)I've also searched other forums with people having the same problems but they never updated there solution to the problem.

When I was searching if I should cut the wire for the UEGO (pin c16) or just tap into it I found that it was advisable to completely cut it (advise was from AEM but is not in the instructions) and connect to the white wire.
So I did the same for the sensor ground (again not specified in the instructions). I cut and replaced the ground wire (pin c18) with the UEGO brown wire. WHICH IS INCORRECT!
You're supposed to only tap Into it. It turns out that it was also a ground for my tps sensor. So when cut, it caused a 5v on the tps sensor channel in AEMtuner.

I'm not very good at electronics but these simple details should be in the instructions!
Thanks, hopefully this would help another noob like me.

Everything is back in order!
