Based on the bold portion above, I believe your harness is configured to use a synthesized TPS signal. Here's a post from a different thread describing the issue and a solution that doesn't require harness changes. Should fix your problem.

I got the car started today with the emanage ultimate plugged in with the greddy ap1 harness. Although I'm throwing a CEL. The code is P0122- TPS/pedel position sensor A circuit low input. Any idea whats causing this? The car was wanting to idle at 600-700 rpms.
You need to reconfigure the TPS signal wiring or enable your synthesized TPS signal. I'd bet money the EMU is currently set up to feed the stock ECU a synthesized TPS signal. This is how turbo EMU setups make the ECU run in open loop fueling control at low throttle angles.

Give the following settings a try, clear your CEL and see if it returns. If it doesn't, you'll either need to continue running the below settings or reconfigure your harness (it's one of the bullet-connector options).

Enable your TPS analog output signal via this selection option -

Enable the Analog Output table -

Check to make sure you're not altering the TPS signal -

You might need to change the first voltage column to something like 0.10 in both the upper and lower box. This is the feature you can use to force the stock ECU into open loop fuel mode before it would make the transition in stock form. In other words, you need to tune this feature for your application. The TPS table shown in my screenshot is used for NA applications. For FI, you'll want to go into open loop sooner. If you don't feel comfortable tuning it, you should find a competent local tuner to handle this.

that worked but my timing shows way off -28 instead of 5.5 at idle. did not drive car looking at picking up some 550cc rc injectors an getting it tuned. bad part is they want 650.00 flat rate to do it so still shopping around thanks for the advice . tired of everyone giving me sh** over the emanage some of us arent made of money fi section talking to you

that rate is about average for a forced induction setup. the forced induction route is expensive. as far as the ecu goes, it is a pain to work with and there are no more updates to the software. i don't bother tuning those and i'm sure there are plenty of tuners out there who won't bother to tune them either. it's more of a hassle considering there are much better tuning solutions available.
