Well mine is wired up as shown in this thread and I am getting a P0134 DTC after about 1 minute. Stop and restart the car and the DTC goes away and the KPRO goes into Closed Loop.

Quadruple-checked the wiring and it is all correct. I did notice that my relay is warm to touch after a couple minutes.

Anyone have any ideas? Thinking it is a bad sensor or a bad relay.

Did you change your map over to a prb map?

it sounds like you either have a bad sensor or something is wrong with the wiring

Thats most definitely an O2 sensor code, exact same code I threw when my cat went to hell
