Using the RSX wideband with the Kpro
Looks like Hondata is taking a step after all! Hopefully this will allow the wideband feedback for lean cut that we have been trying so hard to get working.

I wouldnt be the least bit surprised if thats the case but it is now hard wired for the input and all it would require on their end is to code for it.

you can guarantee that is the case. The only thing they listed is 8 analog inputs. If they made it work with a factory wide band, Im sure they would have advertised it as that, which they did not.
From KPro website, the next to last line states "supports lambda tracing from stock wideband O2". Wonder if that is for S2000 as well as RSX?
Main features:
Main features:
- Fits inside the ECU
- Designed and assembled is USA
- USB connection for speed and compatibility
- KManager Windows based software for parameter & table editing, calibration uploading and datalogging.
- Many built in calibrations for common engine combinations
- Built in datalogging to a laptop
- On board datalogging memory (32 MBit memory, 10-200 minutes datalogging)
- Adjustment for different sized injectors, with overall fuel trim and injector dead time compensation
- Configurable for any MAP sensor (to 5 Bar and above)
- TPS based table lookup for ITBs
- Engine protection from over boost and lean protection.
- Expanded fuel and ignition tables, both in rpm and load, to 60 lbs boost and 11,000 rpm (these are not the upper limits)
- Launch control with anti-lag
- Knock control
- Three multi purpose outputs for nitrous control or similar
- Supports lambda tracing from the stock wideband o2
- PWM output for boost control by RPM and gear
Well this is new. They finally gave us some input on how to wire an RSX wideband to the KPro...
This is an excerpt from DFWS2K thread on the Hondata forum.
At no point was wideband input to the KPro/S2000 ever supported by Hondata - the only thing that was done was that the adapter board had some tracks for a RSX wideband sensor. If you want a wideband, then for less than $200 wire in a PLX, AEM, Innovate or NGK. If you really, really want to use a RSX sensor, unsupported, then jumper RSX A1 to S2000 E8 so that a o2 sensor heater over-current condition does not damage the adapter board.
