If there is no visual, all you need to do is pop in stock injectors, sotck ECU, unplug boost coupler.
Visual?

- as in, the car 'not' showing a check engine light? As for that, I have a device, that when I connect with my OBD2 port, it clears out any check engine lights if I'd like it to; it gives me an option. So that is possible. IF you guys want to know what it is, I can post what it is. Just know that I can clear my CEL.

For someone who's freaking out so much you're not very responsive.

1st, chill out...it's not nuclear holocaust...it's a car.

2nd, tell us about emissions in Illinois. Is there a visual? OBD2 port compliance? Sniffer?

3rd, if no visual but you have OBD2 port compliance & or sniffer...just connect up the stock ecu, disconnect the boost coupler, pop in some stock injectors & the stock cat, and go drive around for a day or two so that the ecu will log enough data to pass emissions. Then go pass emissions and put your panties back on.

IN ILLINOIS:
- The vehicle, year 2000 and above, is required to pass emissions.
- The problem with my car is; I am running an AEM EMS, which is a stand alone engine management unit, and it does not connect with our factory OBD2 port. The ECU has no connection with it. <read my following post in reference to creating the solution below for tapping into a market, which has not already been tapped>

NOW, FROM MY KNOWLEDGE:
The car WILL NOT pass emmisions as it is configured (at least in IL, which requires an OBDII hookup) The AEM EMS disables the OBDII data interface. the OEM parts required to configure it back to ""stock"" for purposes of getting it through emmisions would require:
- Swapping the fuel injectors back to OEM
- Swapping the UEGO O2 sensor back to OEM
- Swap the fuel pressure regulator back to OEM
- Swap the CAT back to OEM
- Swap the EMS with OEM ECU
- I think I will NOT have to uninstall the turbo to get back to stock emmisions . . . just ensure that the car isn't boosted when set up like this, the OEM computer won't know what to do in a positive manifold pressure situation.

WHAT DO YOU THINK??

As stated above, I have a ability to clear the codes through a device that gives me the option to. I can literally clear them while driving, and it stays clear for 1hr+ time. So lemme know if I can do something of this sort.

*******************IMPORTANT:
My car is a 2000 S2000, it was one of the first s2000's sold in the usa, it is an excellent color combo, and i have only [less than] 3,000 miles on my turbo kit, and 35000 miles on a mint mint mint mint mint car.

I know I should have taken proper precaution, but I'm in this situation that I will never let happen again. Please guide me through this. This is the only car I have right now, and I would like to ensure its legal functionality; turbo charged.

What is the shortest route to pass emissions?? without having to pay someone? [unless you guys know someone...]

someone would make bank if they made a obd2 imulator, to fool the obd2 testing. I dont think it would be that hard.

Before you get all pissy when people are trying to help you. USMCs2k asked me a simple question that I answered there was nothing directed towards you.

As far as your list of parts why would you have to remove the UEGO to go thru emissions?

I'm quite sure this device would be quite illegal to manufacture and it sounds like a (potentially) 50 state class action lawsuit waiting to happen. It's risky but good luck!

^ all you need to do is get your ob2 to work and not to throw a code. You don't need to remove your uego.
