how much rewiring did you have to do for your injectors?

yes you can leave the uego in there its not a vital part its just informative to you and your tuner.

[QUOTE=CourageOO7,Mar 20 2009, 03:04 PM] I'm quite sure this device would be quite illegal to manufacture and it sounds like a (potentially) 50 state class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

I think you just saved my ass from a class action lawsuit!!!
Thank you in advance??!

So far, for my situation, I've concluded;
-
first, remove the AEM EMS

- install a Greddy E-Manage; a piggy-back ECU which allows the OBDII port to function.

I essentially have an Ultimate Racing Turbo Kit, this originally came with a Greggy E-Manage, but upgraded to the AEM EMS option. I do have connections with one through S2ki (THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT S2Ki!).

- run/install the base tune map for my S2000 for the E-manage. The base map was designed for 600cc injectors, I have 550's. hopefully I can adjust that. Also, I have an ultimate racing 3" catback exhaust, cleard factory cat, and the included downpipe from my turbo kit.

- Ensure the vehicle is not throwing any check engine codes.

- Go to emissions, and hopefully pass?

*** Please add any feedback, or add to my steps above if I've left anything out.
THANK YOU ALL
You're going to need to drive around a good bit so that the ecu can log enough heat cycles to pass emissions.

Also, make sure the stock ecu doesn't throw any codes regarding those bigger injectors. I know that, without the emanage, the stock ecu will only support up to 440cc injectors but I think you should be alright with the emanage.

Cheers,

J
