Default 06+ Post Your Fuel Set up

Finally picked up another S2000 08 Chicane

After about 3 months of ownership of my old s2000 (MY2006) in 2010 I turbocharged it
Made about 350+ low boost on 93 with a 255 and id1000s
Looking to really push this one and would like around 600+ on E85
I'd like to run two hardwired 255's and 1000cc injectors
Would that be enough or maybe 1300cc and two wallys

And are you guys converting to a return system or just running huge injectors a few pumps

Thank Chris
PS Turbo probably going to be s366sxe or Precision 6262/6266

You will need return fuel system, ID 1300 at a minimum with fuel pressure regulator to up pressure. Stick with a single walbro 450 and sos rewire kit. I would get an aem fuel rail with a pressure guage installed on it from SOS but you could do that yourself if your handy on stock rail.

You won't make 600 whp on E85 with ID1000s. Mine ran out of fuel on a Full Blown 340 pump and ID1000s on E85 at just south of 500 whp. I would give a single large pump and rewire kit a shot with ID1700s before doing anything with a return fuel system.

ID1700x's. Give yourself some head room. You can dead head the system and use the stock rail. My Fore FPR is on the underside of the car right where it goes from the bottom to the firewall area. Return it right off the regulator to the tank. Run a line up to the stock rail with the correct adapter fitting.

I am at 650whp on E85 with the 100% stock rail. You can also make a Flex Fuel setup look really good, like I just did but obviously your routing from the regulator will be slightly different:

Pretty simple once you figure out what to do with your fuel pump hanger.

And then a shameless plug for my sweet new Magnus clutch delay valve with a Motec 2,000psi sensor as my clutch switch
