There may be a company that makes it as a custom spec, but as far as I can tell Garrett does NOT make a GT31R, a GT31, or a T31 (though T31 is used occasionally with regard to turbine sections of the old T3 turbos). I'm not trying to be combative, I just like to know as much about turbos as I can and that's one that I've never heard of. If there is a GT31 turbine wheel (or compressor wheel), that's something I might be interested in some day. I personally like large turbines with properly sized compressors and think that the GT3076R has a turbine wheel that is slightly too small for its compressor.
