I've only driven the car around the block one time the other night and only saw 13psi....not sure if it was belt slip or I have a bad map sensor. I will look into it more in a day or so.

Where the catch can is going to go....it will be painted black to match everything else


Fittings and hoses added for the new catch can everything is using #10 AN fittings with 1/2" hoses


It appeared my stock driver side fan came into contact with my radiator and made some nasty damage to the radiator

So a full blown radiator has been ordered and a fan shourd will be made to fit the slim line fans this is T6061 aluminum


BLV all welded up just needs the powder coating removed and redone

I hope you measured so the intake arm clears a thicker radiator and fan on there...

 

UPDATE

We deceided to keep the radiator so we went ahead to just make the fan shroud. I still have to get it painted and new bolts to hold in the shroud. Total cost of the shroud was only 40 buck so if things don't work out with the stock radiator then its not a big loss.

 

Nice work^^^ What tool did you use to make all the cuts in the aluminum?

 

it was a mini pneumatic sawzall and we made the little spacer at the bottom with a lathe.
