Didn't have the boost gauge at that time but I was making 341hp.
Even with tweak on the FMU pressure stock injector could not pump enough fuel after VTEC and was running towards leaner side.

I had custom FMIC similar to yours but that was more than 2years ago.
I had the pulley downsized to 3.0inch but that was just too much and with belt slip combined with untuned state with 440cc injectors, I was only able to achieve 344hp on Mustang dyno (probably close to 360 on dynojet)

Improvement on midrange was significant and traction was an obvious issue even with 255 size rear tires.

It says it was not enough fuel. If you go to 3.5 you will need bigger injectors and ecu work to run them.
