3.92 Gear ratio
Thanks Grandmaster----that make sense to me. Sorry that I did not mention my transmission was also Honda s2000, only my rear end is cossy.
Some people said I need 4.10 but I'm trying not to spend anymore than I can afford. I will utilize what I got and go from there. Cost me arm and leg already.
As far as the power to weight ratio, the car seems to work pretty good at 3.90 diff.
I have to lower the 4 tire pressure at 15psi to hook up though. http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/6008/7engine002.jpg
How about the 11.80 AFR mapping across the board, is this ok or I can still lean it a bit more to harness few more power?
Thank you again.....

11.8 I consider to be "rich best" Lean best on boosted cars is typically around 12.5afr. The fact that you picked up 10whp with leaning "just a tad" tells me your motor loves it and as long as your not at the threshold of detonating, then leaner is better. Lean out the car till you approach 12.5 as long as you are still increasing power, if you make no more power there then drop back down to the richer side of where your motor stopped producing. As long as your timing is set right and your AIT stay in check, all should be good.
