Default 3mm headgasket

Hey guys! Ok, there has been many threads about which 3mm headgasket works and doesnt, weather to use arp studs or oem bolts, etc. etc. etc. I just want to figure out what works and what doesnt. If you have a 3mm headgasket can you please post:
A. Brand of gasket
B. Studs or oem bolts(New or used)
C. Copper spray or not
D. Lube you used
E. What you torqued them to
F. Did you retorque after heat cycle
G. How long has/did it last and @ what psi

Sorry its such a long list. If you can think of anything else that would be useful info please post it up as well!
Thanks
Fadi
