Default About to go turbo

Hello like the title says im about to switch from a supercharger to a turbo. i have a few questions im sure would be cleared up very quickly and i cant seem to find the search option.

first off the car is a 2007 and i have a trackforged kit with a gt35

it already has a walbro 255 in it with 1000cc injector dynamics, but its a returnless style fuel system so at what point do you need to convert it to a return style

what is a conservative amount of boost to run with or with out an aftermarket head gasket and studs on 93 octane

and any other suggestions anybody has for me i'm all ears

To really utilize the gt35 you will need a return fuel system. Max boost people seem to run on 93 with stock compression is around 15-16 psi

Sweet deal what's the normal route for running a return line (modify rail w/fuel pressure regulator or ap1 rail and ap1 hanger or modify ap2 hanger)

And if I were to pull the head put a thicker gasket and studs

SOS has return system now I believe. Should be very simple to install. Stick with the stock head gasket. People have nothing but trouble with the thicker aftermarket ones
