Even if this isnt related I'm going to start the process of swapping my ACT HD PP out, I'm not sure what I'm going to go with in its place but its too risky.

The color of your clutch fluid has absolutely nothing to do with what happened to your car. S2000 clutch fluid goes black within days or weeks after a fluid change. It is NOT burnt.
It has to do with the color leaching out of the seals in the master cylinder.
I would consider that it was your WHP and low oil pressure that was to blame for your crank walk and ultimate engine demise. ACT clutches have been in use in both NA and FI S2000s for very high mileage and years with no problems whatsoever. Let's not start putting blame on something when proof is so lacking.

Driving your car despite the fact that it has extremely low oil pressure isn't what I would call "Babying it".

oil level is perfect. i check it religiously. its also squeaky clean, as is coolant, and all other fluids.
oh, and to add to that statement on oil pressure - i monitor it via a sandwich adapter on the filter side of my oil relocation, so i've always expected the numbers to run a little bit low.

when i moved it to the sandwich adapter on the filter side, it showed 10-12 psi, which is consistent with your numbers
i also had an oil cooler; i think that is reducing pressure a bit...
