When "Idle Target" is 1100, what is your "Idle Learned Value"? Also, what is your Air Fuel ratio and Ignition Timing?

Yeah, I have been emailing Shawn and he is helping me out. Still not fixed yet... I will try bring it back to Church next week if I we can't figure it out.
