your other issue is probably decel fuel related, but you should be able to clean it up with the base map; unless you are running too large of injectors.
Maybe thats my problem, too big of injectors(750cc).
Scorpion, you running large injectors too?

Also, if my engine where to be getting hot air from sitting, wouldnt it run richer and not leaner from the heat?

I'm running 650's. I think that's you'd have to be running 1000+ injectors to have a problem with them.
