I've heard of one or two guys on the board that said they are running good with the 04-05 ap2's. The unit seems to not fight these as much. I don't know how good their tune actually was. I've never heard any good results with running one on an ap1 including myself.

For the amount of tuning time/cost it takes to properly set up an E-manage, your better off just going with a full AEM EMS. Unless there is some other reason not too, like emissions testing such as myself.

 

Your best tip is....get rid of it

 

I've been using an FIC on an AP1 with 10 psi SC and 725 cc injectors. Took some time to get it dialed in but it's now rock solid and runs very well. It's a great tool for a piggyback.
Just like any tuning device, it's only as good as the tuner.
