Yeah they make 100% chemical compatible seal/gaskets. Doesn’t make any sense that they would short change you on a system application such as this.

I knew I was right, took it right off the AEM Webpage

"All AEM Water/Meth injection systems and components (pump, lines, fittings, filter, flow sensor, tank, and nozzles) are 100% chemically compatible with methanol. However, for safety reasons we strongly recommend that users never use more than a 50% methanol concentration in our systems."
I retract my previous statement

Hey Joey you have the AEM flow gauge right? I wish AEM introduced a pod style gauge which included the low fluid warning and everything else included into one. Where did you mount the AEM meth module?

I think the Aquamist pod gauge does all this?

If it's leaking when it's cold, could be b/c the line is getting cold and contracting causing you to loose seal.

Personally I think those standard slip fit lines/fittings are sub par, but that's what seems to be available that reasonably works.

While we are on the subject, do those compression style fittings work with hard line, like brake line, or just the nylon/plastic hose?

Hey Adam, I know you mentioned this before and it seemed like it was possible. But I was just remembering these fittings have small "teeth" if you will, that bite into the nylon hose to keep it from popping out under pressure. If you could find the right sized steel line, I think it would pop out under pressure and cause problems.
