Default is AEM a must?

if I get a Turbo kit for my S, do I need to have an AEM or can I use Greddy e-Manege or something??

I know AEM is a lot better than e-Manage (I don't know the exact differences between them though), it is really expensive. I am not thinking to go crazy with the boost. All I want from the car is to have like 300 hp, that's it. If I am going to tune the car once and keep the settings with the same boost, can I get an e-manage. Also if I go with a low boost, can I keep everything stock on the car??

A few people use the emanage with their turbos. The UR kit comes with an emanage. That being said it is not the optimal or safest solution but it is possible.

how much are you asking for the SC kit and the e-manage??
do i need the injectors and the BOV with it??

If I get a Turbo, and just keep low boost (make the car around 300whp) can i use the e-manage you have??

Mine is the Ultimate emanage. It offers a great number of options that the Blue does not. Again, it is not the optimal control for a turbo though. Could you use it, yes. I used it to control my 440cc injectors for my S/C.

At stock boost with the Comptech S/C you don't need any engine management or larger injectors. If you are interested PM me and I'll give you the price.

You don't need it for less than 300 whp. It's always nice to have, but if you always run good gas and keep it under 7 psi you should have no problems.

I actually was running lean with the comptech on stock boost. Used e-manage for about a year with 440 RC's.
