aem serial gauges
I know this has been discussed before a little bit, but I cannot find anything.
I just finished turboing my S, everything is done except for setting up the gauges.
I have 2 aem serial gauges and the aem ems 1052 uego, I want to setup the gauges for all of the basica things, such as psi, coolant temp, knock, wideband afr, etc. I do not have any of the sensors for oil pressure or fuel pressure etc yet so I just want to set up what I can for now. Can somebody send me their calibrations, or help me with it, I have the serial gauge progauge software downloaded, but other than that I am just lost. Please I really need help want to get this done tomorow morning!!! please, I am willing to paypal somebody a few bucks if they can send me their settings or something! I also have the omnipower map sensor.

AFR is already loaded when the gauge is new. You can plug it up to the serial cable that you hook into the EMS and it will display some readings by default, Speed (USS), Coolant Temp (H2O), Throttle position (PS), Air intake temperature (AI7), and Air Fuel Ratio (O21), and Engine Load (PEA)...which is measured in Kpa...the only thing is I don't know how to change the units from Kpa to psi, I've read the manual and even manually changed the units in the ProGauge software but I can't seem to change the output of engine load from Kpa to psi. Do you not have a seperate boost gauge? I do that's why I didn't worry about it...anyway AFR is already in there and should display along with the other readings. Make sure you enable the output on the EMS for the serial gauge first though LOL...the instructions are in the paper manual you received with the serial gauge. And if you find out how to convert Kpa into psi for engine load post it b/c I want to know too!

I have tried adding ign timing and psi, but again those two do not work correctly. I have partially given up for now...
