It idles fine doesn't spudder or anything just the gauge reads like crazy until wot so turning the screw out some more might fix this?
It's supposed to do that. Your ECU is in closed loop when it's idling and at light load. It's adjusting fuel delivery based on what it sees from the O2 sensor, so it sweeps back and forth from lean to rich. When you go to WOT or heavy load, it stops bouncing around because the ECU stops paying attention to the O2 sensor and delivers fuel based on pre programmed maps for the load and atmospheric conditions you're currently seeing.

In short, it's perfectly normal for your A/F reading to bounce around at idle.

Well I got an update on the situation and I'd like to thank everyone for their input on this dilema! I went back rewelded the slight leak in the bung and it no longer leaks...seem to make a slight difference at idle not much tho can't say if I am just being hopeful or w/e anyways rewelded and I went over to my friends house who has coincidently the same aem wideband and I swapped sensors with him and his did the same thing mine did so it must be normal as Sellout stated. I adjusted the afr also seems to be around 12-12.5ish at wot even at 9k but it def seems like the gauge works at WOT so if anyone else has any advice or anything they would like to add would be appreciated!

Your problem has already been answered...

Basically get a real tune, otherwise this will happen.

Nothing to tune besides the fpr and I'm now confident everything is working correctly and safely ...will get a dyno tune when I run the sos 10psi pulley I got with the kit purchase but that will need management and injectors, that will be later down the road when funds are around. In the market for a ap2 7psi 4.2 inch pulley right now tho if anyone wants to part with it or knows someone that will be a great help!

^^^ Those seem to be hard to find, which is why some of us just go for the 4" Though its not ideal and will be riding the absolute limits of the stock injectors and what the fpr can feed.

So your wideband isn't sweeping between 15-17 anymore?

If it still is, that's not normal and I would attribute the leaner then normal sweep to your 02 bung leaking. 14.5 - 15.5 is the proper sweeping range. But I have found it to sweep on the richer then normal side sometimes due to the fpr being adjusted close to max. With your re adjustment i recommended you should be normal now.

Well it finally sweeps into the 14's now around 14.3 to a max of 15.5 this is at idle with no changes in rpm and no leaking in the exhaust anymore at WOT like I said it stays pretty much pinned in the 12-12.5 range all the way to 9k so should be safe now. I also went back and rechecked my vacuum lines everything seems to good.
