Default Aem wideband calibration and hondata 4 bar map sensor question

Quick question since when I originally started my car it ran pig rich so I'm trying to straighten everything out before I get my etune. So my wideband is currently in the default p0 position I've read that for gasoline either have it in p0 or p1 position what's the difference? Also do I need to calibrate my 4bar map sensor I believe I do and that's part of the reason it ran rich but I want to see exactly how to since I've never done it before? Any input would be appreciated
