Default AEM wideband O2 sensor help

I just installed the aem wideband A/F ratio gauge with the O2 sensor (no EMS), but the display stays at 14.8 even when driving. I rechecked the connections and everything seems good. Do I need to adjust the dial on the back? Any suggestions? Thanks.

What pin did you use? C16 or A23? Those are the only two you are supposed to use...

I don't think I need to use any pins, the product number is AVM-30-4100. The install is pretty simple, O2 sensor to gauge and gauge to power....it's just not working and I have no idea why.

Double check and make sure the connector between the gauge and the sensor are clicked tight
