the primary o2 is a narrowband it cannot provide the correct signal to adjust fueling

I see. Over-fuelling does kill power regardless of boost. I experienced that with a bad tune on my previous supercharged AP1. This time around I'll get a solid tune to make sure that doesn't happen again.
