If you have to add coolant then you've got a leak, or the pump isn't mounted correctly and is not bleeding the air from the system.

Most use coolant/water mix because it won't freeze.

Not very big, It may hold a little over a quart.

As an owner of Tech2's interFOOLer, I can honestly say that in retrospect I should've just saved the money and time, and used the stock Comptech heat exchanger. Comptech themselves said that the bigger Tech2 unit wasn't going to make any noticeable performance difference, and that all their R&D proved that their stock heat exchanger was properly sized for this application.

On the other hand, it does look pretty blingy behind the front bumper...and that's about it.
