I've got the AEM sensor and I will say it's pretty bulkly. I plan on trying to mount it on the after cooler outlet before the TB.

I will update after its installed

I am still using my OEM sensor so it'll be the same. If you can eliminate your emissions air pump by disconnecting it and installing an emulator module, then yes, you can use that opening instead of drilling. I wish I did that.

So I suppose the next question is does the 06-09 AIT have the same table values as the 00-05 cars?

If not, what are they so I can install one in the air port on my CT AC? Seems simpler to use that spare port than drilling/tapping or welding a boss onto the AC so a MY00-05 sensor can be used.

Yes I have removed the air pump so I'm just going to get a new sensor that will fit in that port. The OEM sensor on my MY00 wouldn't be the neatest of installs. Also I've read on here the AEM cal tables are wrong for the OEM AIT sensor and the temps aren't accurate so it would be nice to get a new more accurate reading...

And do you have the voltage temperature tables for this sensor?

Also, what connection did you specify out of interest?

I'd like to install one of these into my spare aftercooler port using a grommet as per the CT manual quoted above, or if not a weld-on boss.

Or if not the T1 and AEM as below:

I am running Motec m130 and the whole harness is custom so I bought the crimp on connection of course.

I have a T1 sensor but its not installed yet what's the best location to install it? I've seen it in the cold side piping near the intercooler behind the bumper and right before the throttle body not sure what is the best location.

I am running two: one before the air/water intercooler and right before the throttle body.

Very interesting... What temperature differential do you see and what FI kits is it?

Its a turbocharged car. The temp differential all depends on what temperature of water I put in the water container. Sometimes I run tap water basically if not making a hard/full potential pass
