Who built the car? was this a personal effort or is it from the same guys who did the first one (stwok)?
Did you have to cut into the firewall?
Did you have to cut the tranny tunnel to fit the getrag?
Do you see this becoming a more common swap? or this is a more "exotic" or "extreme" project.
On a scale of 1-10 for the seasoned tuner, how do you rate this swap difficulty wise?

I will be more than happy to answer any questions with the EXCEPTION of any questions in regards to what needs to be cut or modified in order to fit this motor and transmission into an S2000. Which I am sure everyone could understand.

On a scale from 1-10 it is a 12. There is A LOT of modifications that need to be done!!

And if wiring is a problem for you. The schematics to get this car right is just pure HELL!!

Honda S3000 FTW!!!

I've been a supporter of this project since I heard it came out. I'm not a brand whore. The makers of the best products get my vote. S2000 chassis + 2JZ motor is the best of both worlds IMO.

Even though I had hoped to keep the debate on whether an s2000 shell with a supra motor swap can even be considered an s2000 still out of this thread, which I clearly stated in this post :

Welcome to S2Ki - we've gone over the concept of the 2JZ Swap in the S2000 Shell many times since you introduced the possibility of this to the boards. Instead of ruining another thread with constant bickering as to why Supra powered Honda is no longer an S2000... why not start your own thread in 'Under the Hood' asking people's opinion of your infamous swap.
You will have to remember that the S2000 competes in the Sport RWD class at many sanctioned drag racing events. Whether the S2000 is stock, stock motor turbo, built motor turbo, or built motor with the 300zx conversion - they all compete against each other. No sanctioned event will allow you to compete in this class with a swap from a different manufacturer.

This furthermore classifies as to why the Toyota 2JZ-GTE Swap in the Honda S2000 shell can no longer be considered a Honda S2000.
