That has to be one of the nicest looking setups I have ever seen Truely a work of art........I have been looking for a nice F.I Setup for almos a year now...I have fought with the supercharger idea and the turbo idea and thats why I am stll undecided...I don`t know what I want...But everytime I see love-Fab come out with something new it makes turbo-Kits alot more apealing- I have a few questions on the new design

How much HP & TQ are you expecting? Is there a goal in mind?

How much will the new kit cost....

At what RPM do you see max boost?

What will be mx boost?

How does it/Will it compare to the other setups on the market (Full-Race mainly I see your kit is priced about the same as thiers) and even the earlier Love-Fab kits.....

P.S. The only reason I am asking these question is to help myself decide what is in my best interest...... not to put down your craftsmanship because I personaly think every kit you have made not only looks good but seems to do well.....Thanks JOhn
HP and TQ. Id "LIKE" to see 450whp, at least 350 wtq. Not sure if the torque will be there, we will see. But based on the ass-dyno Im almost there right now, relatively untuned.

I see 13psi by 5300 rpm, starting to spool at 4000.

Im going to take this as high as I and my knock sensor are comfortable with. 13psi right now is just stupid with no traction available until 70mph, its almost overkill? Too bad its "low" boost Guess I need some 325 series tires back there now
When I can get down to my tuner, or him up here, we will put in some race gas and flex this turbo's muscles a little more. Im predicting 550whp will be had, probably around 20psi. Im also predicting the fuel pump to run dry around there, otherwise the sky is the limit...
As far as other kits pricing, if you break my kits down, the pricing is VERY VERY VERY good with the parts that you recieve. As far as performance, Chadd("Spoolin") is seeing 23whp per psi. Id like to see another kit do that on pump gas.
Based on my previous numbers(307whp, smaller turbo at 7psi), I made 20whp per PSI with my old setup. Base dyno was around 170whp(10:1 compression).
20whp X 13psi= 260whp.
260whp+ 170basewhp= 430whp. The GT4088R more than likely raises the whp/psi factor so I guess we will have to wait until the dyno to see where we are at.
Fit/finish wise, you dont have to relocate anything; just slide the fuse box 1" toward the fender, bend the brackets, re-bolt it down. Same with the AC lines. Same with the heater control hose, just pull it toward the fender, itll "bend" the firewall ever so slightly, but clear the downpipe adequately. Everything is reverseable in around 1 minute with no trace of modification.
The kit comes with an oil cooler integrated into the oil filter relocator(which has a SWEET position, pics later today) so this system is ready for serious tracking!

Wow man I never realised how much though you put into your kits...I didn`t know they were truely complete bolt on..Alot of companies say they thiers are but when you read the fine print you have to do a decent aount of modding to make them work....I thought you had to move thing aroudn etc...But that is good to hear...I just started doing real estate and if everything goes well...You will have my business....Thanks for answering my questions honestly and in plain english too...Good luck with everything....

There shouldnt be any welding involved at all, we swapped to a drill/tap method as its easier for the "average joe".
Other items are relatively bolt on. You have to modify the passenger headlight bracket to allow the charge piping to pass through, but that can be done with tin-snips, sawzall, hole saw. Its a $27 part from honda if you ever have-to, want-to replace it.
Heres some shots of the car as of 3pm; its crappy, lots of snow coming, but it was shop-cleanup day.

12-14" of snow due by Friday night. I dyno tune on Monday.

All I can say is... holy damn.

Simply amazing.

To hell with the Vortech.

Every day I lean further BACK to the turbo...

Even though I won't get a V-mount (closer to Spoolin's setup), this just confirms my confidence in you.

Keep up the good work, buddy. And thanks for the pictures!
