I love this V-mount so much. For $1,000 more (for Vmount and GT35R) I think it's definitely worth it... But I want to keep the AC.

Hrm... By the time I'm ready this Spring, I bet Cody has a Vmount+AC kit available!!!!!

Cody: Do you think the V-Mount configuration itself adds any power via efficiency or pipe sizes, or does it just offer a superior cooling due to equal airflow to both the intercooler and the radiator? Of course better airflow to the radiator helps with engine cooiling and maximum engine efficiency, but aside from that, any power gains expected from your setup (besides for bigger turbo and more boost of course)? Sorry for the noob question - I don't know much about V-mounts obviously.

Secondly - What do you think about bigger Throttle Bodies? I know with superchargers, they are loved and underestimated. Especially for the price. I think ProFlow has modified OEM TB's at 66mm for $150, and a 70mm for something similar I believe. Heck, with an NA car they can add a few (2-4) ponies. With an SC, they can add several more. And of course with Turbo, I have no idea! I would assume when you are running 7+psi on the Turbo with a 4'' DP and 3'' Intercooler Piping, a 70mm TB could yield up to 15+ hp? Just a guess. What do you think?

MASE! Ya, Ive been over here a lot, seems the S2000 community likes my products

My IATs are very low; Ill try to figure out a screen capture next time the laptop is inside. Of course its 10 degrees out so of course theyll be low

Ok, so Ive been fairly busy the past 5 days. Wiring the new shop, shoveling, changing spark plugs because my car wont start in 10 degree weather and fouls the plugs almost instantly(any input on this Mase? what part of the Startup cal I mess with?), and wasting a full day on the dyno because the dyno is a POS.

So, strap on, first run around 13psi with the GT4088R; 250whp/200wtq. WTF. So we checked the parameters, calibrations, all were WAY off. So I spent the day on the phone with a Mustang Tech trying to figure out what was wrong with a dyno that isnt even mine...lol. Figured out that the dyno is putting WAY too much load into the rollers, resulting in low power figures.
I guess the bright side of the fence is that I did actually tune a little bit, and with a Shit-TON of load on the wheels, I probably have a decent tune now
New dyno, new appt sometime next week...

Damn Cody... you're running your shop all by yourself? I'll be office bitch/slave laborer if you teach me how to fabricate!

Good luck with the dyno!

Drop your warmup enrichment

Should start at about 20-28 % end at 0 % by 172 deg F

Engine Start -> Warm Up Enrichment table - > Table

Edit :

Also check

Engine Start -> <<Advanced Start>> -> ....

If in doubt compare to base map and check the start fueling, adjust as neccesary.

you wont need that much % on your warm up enrichment table with large injectors.

cody try 15-20% and watch ur afr's when the car is warming up.
