yea man, i enjoyed watching your recent vids. Have you run an auto hellcat yet? My buddy has one and ive ran him several times. We're about even but if anything he gets me by a hair. Really depends on who gets the hot first. Just wanna see how i would measure up to your setup

I don't know I've seen hell cats around but I don't know anyone. Maybe one day when I get to see one. The black GTR I ran is full bolt ons on e85. I'm assuming he's about mid 600whp. I'm setting up a race for another fbo GTR on 91, 600hp evo 9, vettes, and a boosted 16' coyote also when I get back from vacation haha

Great thread!

I have the Vibratechnics mounts and a stock motor and did not reuse the factory heat shields. I didn't think they were necessary. Did you decide to use them due to their proximity to the turbo?

hey thanks janus. Yea i retained the factory heatshield due to the dumptube from my wastegate being so close to it. Just for extra security since the mount is rubber filled and may become brittle and fail prematurely due to the heat. I like the mounts tho, it feels like it added just the right amount of stiffness to the car. How about you?

memo, gtx3576r ii is my next turbo. I think the 3076 is only rated to 525hp where as the 3576 is in the 400-700hp range. Probably with a .63 or .83 a/r for quicker spool up and fatter curve in the midrange.

Go for it. I'm happy with the gtx3076 right now. I know a tuner his name is Jaime in Bakersfield. He's helping tune my e85 tomorrow going to push 18 to 20 psi. We'll see hahah.. I sometimes think I should have gone for the smaller gtx28.

I subbed to ur utube channel and lutube..

I'm extremely happy with the new mounts. There is a little vibration at idle, but I consider that a butt massage, and it seems to be going away with time. During all other times it's fine.
