Ap2 stuff is only incrementally stronger. If you are doing something that will break ap1 tranny/diff, it will break the ap2 tranny/diff.

I dont get on it in 2nd gear.

Options available now (besides driving with more care) are the supra tranny and PPG/Par gears.

Puddy is working on a tranny, and there are a few e36 tranny swaps out there.

Limit boost in 1st and 2nd gear and don't slam gears. I have 450 but limit it to 400 in 1 and 2. My trans has 2k miles on this and 10k on 350whp.

The killer is quick shifting. That and over 375wtq for 2nd gear. U should not be breaking trans as much as are IMHO.

Good advice. I only have boost limited to 13psi in 1st. I have ~20k miles at roughly the same power as you. I'm paranoid so I don't go WOT all the time in 2nd, and only race people in 3rd and up.
