Anyone ever make an intake manifold?

They say it really smooths out the air. I'd try it but I think ill get too much heat from the location my turbo.

Ran into one other little problem. If you guys ever go to make a manifold and decide to get rid of the egr, block up the hole! I blocked off the ports on the head- welded them up and surfaced it. Thought that since I blocked those off i didn't have to bother with the port on the intake....WRONG. Started it for first time and sounds like there was a valve hitting the piston. Scratched my head for a while and as soon as i put my finger over the port it went silent.

Hasn't been tuned yet but feels really touchy compared to my old set-up

went from log manifold to sidewinder but i like to think its the intake/throttle body
