Richard has got his RX-8 engine up on a stand. Which should help speed up the design process. He is actively working on the mounting brackets with the manifold and front volute with the belt drive assembly soon to follow .
The vacuum lines, smog stuff, oil feed and drain back system are also in work.
Another AFSC will need to be cut the previous design iteration was close but did not have the proper flow that RP was looking for. Which means another set of bench data to calculated out.
More flow with less boost = less heat of compression, higher density air charge, higher Hp/Tq.
Be patient guys these things take time to get right. Baby steeps and take one problem at a time as they show up.
