Back to 11:1 CR on e85 and hitting dyno tomorrow
Hey guys,
Well, its been a long time coming, but I finally got the car squared away. I finally blew my first IP 3mm HG last weekend while tuning and went back to OEM HG and stock CR this weekend. Street tune went perfect without a hitch and with my 275 DR's set at 20 psi air pressure, we have boost at 28 psi right now and it skims the tires and fishes around in 4th gear all the way down the expressway. We are hoping to put her up on the dyno tomorrow and get video and dyno sheet in upwards of 32 psi of boost. Hoping for around 750 whp or so. Right now on 28 psi, we figure its putting down a little over 700 whp.
I'm now convinced that 11:1 CR making big power or e85 is much better than with the IP 3mm HG. The driveability is soooooo much better and the response is awesome. It runs so much smoother now.
I'll update this thread hopefully tomorrow with video and a dyno sheet.

If you can get E85 it is great. The only down side is our small fuel tank, 150 miles to the tank if you are lucky.

Stock 2.0 bottom end and built head, 11:1 CR with ARP headstuds, 6262 billet turbo on 30 psi, CC twin clutch and Full Blown twin pump setup. You can see everything in my sig on the first post.
My dynojet graph is .bmp and I cant seem to upload it for some reason. I'll keep working on trying to get it uploaded. I will also have video soon.
It ended up making 741 whp and 470 wtq on 30 psi. Full boost hits at 5300 rpm and so we kept it soft there and at a lower boost (like 25 psi) and by around 5500 rpm its at 30 psi. My tuner also kept the timing down so the turbo wouldnt spool too hard at the hit. We are trying to help the trans as much as possible. Once the trans is built, it should be around 500 or so wtq as we will be able to let the turbo hit hard on full spoolup.
