It's been a rough ride the past couple weeks with the fuel pump issues etc.. But now that things finally got squared away id have to say it was worth it! There is more left in it but at this level its really pushing the stock engine hard so we decided it was better to get off the dyno in one piece then in pieces lol.

Always a pleasure tuning this car. Here is a short dyno vid of the car we shot today.

When the twin pumps were put in the clamp was too tight which caused the pumps to over heat and actually melt the plastic on the pumps... I seen the pumps after they were out of the car.. But i was trying to tune on it when it had this issue and although i didn't know exactly what was causing the fuel supply issue as i didn't install the pumps etc i knew it had a fuel pressure issue while tuning on it... So Chad looked into it and found the issue right away. So that ended one tuning session. Then we go for another tune session after 2 new pumps were installed and yet again fuel supply issues... That ended up being a relay that failed causing it to all the sudden run on 1 pump. And honestly i think the relays were weak or not getting a good connection as now its very noticeable that the pumps are running harder from not only the sound of the pumps but by the added fuel supply we now have

Thanks for all the compliments guys, I really appreciate it. It has been a rough couple weeks as I had pump issues and then the ignorant 3mm HG taking a crap on me, but we got it squared away.

Bleving Tuning has done so much for me and its nice having a good friend that knows his shit with tuning. A+++ for Blevins.

I plan on building the trans ASAP with the PPG synchro set. As soon as that happens, I am going to get some ET street tires on some 15 inch rims and push the engine to 800+ whp and leave it there until it pops. I want to see what the final breaking point is on the stock block. I hope to have this accomplished sometime next year. I'll keep rocking the stock block until it blows and then I'll build it. I believe the weakest link on my car is the trans as this engine has proven itself time and time again.
